Job Description:
We have openings for Software Engineer, Sr. Software Engineer , Consultant for Java Eclipse Plug-in Development.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work on specification and design of assigned requirements in releases
  • Java/J2EE programming as part of a team
  • Developing applications in Java running on Linux, Windows and Solaris
  • Programming for Application Servers (WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss)
  • Takes self initiative and implements/maintains customer requirements at a high quality level (e.g. using Test Driven Development approach)
  • Always strives to deliver good quality to keep the maintenance effort low
  • Provides support for customers when problems at the customer arise
  • Deals with changing requirements/goals

Qualifications, Experience & other Requirements:

Mandatory Requirements
  • Good knowledge of Java and J2EE concepts
  • Eclipse plug-in development
  • Spring, Hibernate
  • J2EE (JDBC, JNDI, EJB)
  • Good knowledge in SQL
  • Good knowledge of Linux/Unix
  • Good Knowledge of Application Servers
  • Basic knowledge of technologies such as Hibernate, Spring, JDBC, XML, Clustering
  • Capable to work in a team (team player)
  • Logical reasoning
  • Willing to learn new things (technologies, business knowledge)
  • Good communication skills
  • English, written and spoken
  • Preferred: C++
Preferred Requirements:
Education & Experience:
  • BE/B. Tech/MCA or equivalent
  • 3-8 years of experience
