Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a team of highly qualified Software Architects
  • Provide the Architecture Road Map of GoldenSource Products
  • Technical Design Reviews to support Product Management and Product Development in delivering high quality software
  • Technical Design Reviews of the software implementations
  • Demonstrating GoldenSource Architecture to internal and external Customers
  • Execute Research and produce Research papers to support the Architecture and Product Management
  • Provide architectural and technological expert knowledge to support  Sales and Pre-Sales Operations
  • Document the overall product architecture
  • Help improve quality of GOLDENSOURCE products on a design and component dependency level
  • Facilitating Research within the organization.
  • Hands – on management skills

Qualifications, Experience & other Requirements:

Mandatory Requirements
  • Deep Understanding of Application Servers; Experience with multiple application servers
  • Deep understanding of Operating Systems
  • In depth J2EE knowledge including other related technology areas
  • Creative Thinking
  • Analytical skills
  • Experience in designing scalable and performing solutions on a large scales
  • Good communication skills
  • Presentation Skills
Preferred Requirements:
  • C++ skills
Education & Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience in large software development
  • 7+ years of experience in J2EE development
  • BE or MCA from a reputable university
