Unbundling is the biggest story in consumer behaviour of the past 15 years. Times have changed nd today consumer choice and regulation have been responsible for driving the unbundling logic across all markets, where individual products and services priced as a single package deal is now vilified as not being transparency and fair towards the consumer. Unbundling is now a wonderfully disruptive force.

NASA spent millions, so the story goes, to develop a pressurized ballpoint pen for use in space missions. Faced with the same challenge, the Russians used a pencil.
